Return Policy

By purchasing a product from the nuCamp Parts Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Other than boilerplate language provided by a 3rd party supplier, nuCamp does not provide installation instructions or technical support with the purchase of any part. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to seek professional assistance if needed.
  • nuCamp shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the installation or use of any purchased part. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the installation and use of the product.
  • Purchasing a part from the nuCamp Parts Store does not guarantee the purchaser an appointment at any RV service center for installation. The purchaser is solely responsible for arranging installation services.
  • nuCamp is not liable for the purchase of incorrect parts, provided that the product was clearly labeled and described accurately on the website or in-store, such that confusion would be improbable.

By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from purchasing products from the nuCamp Parts Store.

RETURNS

  • Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from shop.nucamprv.com.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Merchandise must be in original condition.

  • Items listed as final sale cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Where returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to make an exchange, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you desire. This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quicker.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We place a high priority on customer privacy and do the following to protect it:

We do not share our mailing or customer lists with third parties. 

  • When you opt into our email list, we will not share the information you provide with outside parties. You can easily unsubscribe at any time, using the "unsubscribe" link we include in every email.

  • When you create an account as part of your purchase in the nuCamp Store, we do not share your address, phone number, email, or other collected information with outside parties.

  • You are not required to create an account to place an order in the store.
